1. Overview

This website is operated by Boulder Chinese Evangelical Free Church (BCEFC / 報德華人播道會), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, for the purpose of managing registrations and donations for the Colorado Chinese Christian Junior Conference (CCCJR 2026 / 科州華人基督徒聯合春令會), held May 23–25, 2026 at YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park, Colorado.

By using this website, you agree to the following terms.

2. Registration

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
  • Registrations received after April 20, 2026 cannot guarantee room reservation at YMCA of the Rockies.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. Please contact us promptly if you need to make corrections.
  • Registration fees include lodging (2 nights) and meals (6 meals) for all attendees in your group, plus a 3% credit card processing fee.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • A confirmation email with your receipt will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at info@cccjr.org. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Donations

Donations made through this website are contributions to BCEFC, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations. A tax receipt will be emailed to you for your records.

6. Conference Conduct

CCCJR is a Christian conference. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with the spirit of the event. The conference organizers reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave if their behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

7. Liability

BCEFC and the CCCJR organizing committee are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the conference. Attendees participate at their own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
